Steam boiler department was established in the year 2022, with a vision to supply steam boiler high & unique quality steam to various petrochemical industries in the fields of operation, maintenance and project support services.
 
STEAM BOILER
 
- UFUK international has several capacities of steam boilers made in Turkey, Europe and USA from 0.5 Ton up to 30 Ton capacity of steam  per one hour.
- All of the boilers supplied by UFUK international are tested, calibrated and have valid third-party inspection.
- Water pumps, control panel are tested, calibrated and have valid third party inspection. 
- All of the supply boilers operated with high tech burners 
- UFUK international supplies the boilers but we can assist in providing a suitable platform manifold for your purchased boiler
 
FEED DIESEL TANK- FEED WATER TANK
 
- Feed Diesel Tank & Feed Water Tank Painted with a layer of special paint ((Heat resistant ))
- All of the Feed Diesel Tank & Feed Water Tank are tested, calibrated and have valid third-party certificate
- Feed Diesel Tank & Feed Water Tank connected to the burner with special feeding C/S connections
- Feed Diesel Tank & Feed Water Tank have level to facilitation of Reading the quantity and pressure of the Diesel and Water. 
 
MANIFOLD
 
- Due to the important requirement in oil and gas fields UFUK international team created their own especially manifold with 6 outlet came along with each boiler and connected with main steam valve.
- All the manifolds are completely isolated along with steam main line.
- Pressure, capacity and heat gages are Included with each manifold.
- This innovator strategy insures and increases the quality and safety.
- All of the manifolds are tested, calibrated and have valid third party certificate.
